My work is a series of scenes from the ‘happy world’ expressed in colors.

"Happiness" creates a peaceful atmosphere through traditional materials and colors called "Hanji," which feels bright and warm from the word "happiness."

I think ‘happy world’ is a world that is as clear as glass and full of pure energy as a baby. When you face anything, you will be able to smile on your own and be filled with happiness and hope. But today’s world is far from what I call a ‘happy world.’ Modern people live in busy everyday life and have many relationships. Also, many complex social lives that take place in the relationship have many scars and troubles in mind. Most of the materials expressed in "Happy World" in the work gave me a small sense of happiness found within my radius of life. White bunny grasses, dog grasses, fish in an aquarium at an art museum, animals in a zoo, and tile houses in the countryside are breathing everywhere in the painting. Fish are flying in the air and animals are living in hare grass flowers.

In the scene where clear, transparent glass droplets holding "Happiness Seed" are shining brightly in the white rabbit grass flower symbolizing "small happiness," the desire to live a positive life with a pure, bright and warm heart filled with happiness every day is imbued.

We want to move away from the unstable reality of the worries we have as a modern person living in the world and share with those who take on the screen the pure and beautiful world, the happy world, which we have been dreaming of for a bright future every day. I want to make it feel like I got a nice present for those who are watching this moment as I appreciate works full of the energy of happiness. I hope it will be a time for me to take a break from the tired reality as if I were enjoying finding treasure in "Finding hidden paintings" that I had once tried while dealing with the cute scenes in the work.
