  • About the mysterious place of communion between the kite and the soul or the scenery of the senses

The exhibition will feature subtle colors, the translucent colors associated with them, and harmonious abstract paintings produced by free brush touches. In the works, the author probably brought to work special senses of Mother Nature that he felt at certain places and times, such as in deep water, in the sky with the red sun, and in the early morning or in the foggy evening. For a writer who has been doing visual arts, Mother Nature seems to have been a catalyst and a guide to waking up the senses that were asleep. This is because the author seems to have only discovered things he did not feel in his daily life, or things he did not know even though he was inside himself when he looked at nature.

What's interesting, however, is that the author is presenting the exhibition theme of the works of this exhibition, not "the landscape of nature" but "the landscape of spirits." The author may have found a soul that was not visible or physically visible to him while looking at nature. In other words, the act of looking at the outside world of nature seems to have served as an opportunity to discover the inner world. The author must have approached the physical space of nature, not just by looking at it with his eyes, but with the eyes of his mind. It was a moment when nature and soul met.

Therefore, his work should be said to have traces of the mass of senses in which nature and soul interact. In other words, half of his work can be seen as natural and half as a sign of soul. Thus, while the lump of sense remains, of course, in his work, it seems clear that the mysterious energy of the soul is mixed together. This is because the free brush touch movements left behind by sensory traces seem to be proving this.

Author Shin Bo-ra seems to have been found not only to look at nature, but also to discover her own soul, or the spiritual mystique that is embedded in nature. Experiencing that it begins entirely at the point of sensation, the author may have wanted to put the moments of immersion into the senses on the screen. Therefore, Shin Bo-ra's work seems to contain these sensory moments, and at the same time, it seems that it has become a scene of the soul and is now being presented to the audience as a place where there was a mysterious communication of nature and soul that allowed the moment to exist.
