I try to leave a trace of every moment in which a particular thing is done, something that is called, 'timing'. In a picture, you can extend the moment indefinitely, even though it happened in a short time. I hold onto the timing of a subject or event that is easy to disappear through the picture, or I extend the moment and leave them in a visible record. The short existence of a particular object representing its forgotten existence may be extended to long periods of time to honor it or to capture and prepare the timing of two events occurring at the same time. Or, trace the line and color traces in order and connect them, showing the many timings accumulated in this to the audience.
