			Gary Kormarin describes the moments of climbing up and down the vast nature along the canyon to Life. His gigantic abstract work reminds us of White 'Canyon' and the footprints wandering there. The process of moving freely on a white canvas and discovering countless paths and certain shapes in the canvas is a journey of life for him. This may be the reason why he chose White Rock Canyon as the title of this exhibition. “The best painting is one with many failures in it.” It can be seen the full of thick paints that were bravely descended and brush strokes covered in several layers. If we can read the poems he drew on canvas, we can stand in a moment in our lives. His way of life is like a poem, allowing us to experience human existence through his works. This exhibition is his second solo exhibition in Azulejo Gallery, you can see his works so far, from huge Abstractions to Cake and Vessel series, and the Palm Tree series, which is introduced for the first time in Korea.
