Exhibition Information

			ThisWeekendRoom will host Jihee Kim’s *Artist’s Live Showcase <B.P Bodyproof> from July 4 to July 21 2019. The two-part showcase will consist of “Live Drawing Performance,” which runs from July 4-6 and from 7 pm to 9 pm for three days, and “Exhibition,” which will be held from July 8-21. At the showcase, Jihee Kim will set up as a stage where the rhythms of her body are enacted. The main character on the stage is her body, which moves around for 3 days and 6 hours, creating various images . During this live performance with the cooperation of the Raekoo Studio, she will fill a 6m of white fabric with silk screen drawings. The silk screen printing process expresses an energetic physical language: the pressing and pushing of the squeegee, and contact between her body and the paper, instantly revealing an image through a single energy-charged movement.
