The Page Gallery is pleased to present a solo exhibition by PARK SUK WON (b. 1942) opening on January 11, 2024. This exhibition includes 17 sculptures and 14 paintings from the 1980s to today and will be showcased at the Page Gallery EAST. Over the last 60 years, PARK SUK WON, a pioneer of abstract sculpture, has put a heavy emphasis on the pure properties of traditional sculptural materials such as stones, stainless steel, and wood. His distinctive way of accumulation and his pursuit of simplistic forms has positioned Park in the history of Korean abstract sculpture.
