			Keywords of Lee Kab-Jae’s collage painting are lightness, simplicity, roominess, and it evokes a vivacious and witty sense of loss and loneliness in everyday life by ‘House’

The exhibition consists of a series of works titled "Collage City", "A Little Tour of the East" and "The Age of Darkness." In particular, "Collage City" is materialized as a result of "The Age of Darkness" by showing heavy task of mankind with light material, paper.

His unique style of work recalls the aesthetics of fairly colorful and lightness, as if a child were to amuse himself with a toy, enjoying the feast of creation. Bright, clear circle on rectangular plane like garden with dazzling scenery, triangle under windows listed in parallel,
cubic but neat structures seem exquisite and involve outstanding beauty of space.

In addition, pictorial action painting rectangular plane and threading, and collage action attaching chopped architectural form let us realize that collage painting is actually materialized and strengthened. Therefore, the title ‘Collage city’ comes from the sense that material weight is relieved but meaning is added by collage and paint the image of city showed on screen, author said.
