			KT&G Sangsang Madang Chuncheon Art Gallery will host the individual exhibition, <Park Hwan: Unfinished Journey,> for mid-sized Gangwon Province artist from December 20, 2019, to January 30, 2020.
KT&G Sangsang Madang will continue its creative activities in Gangwondo for a long time and will select middle-aged artists from Gangwondo who contributed to the development of local culture and arts to conduct individual exhibitions. This year, 'Park Hwan' was selected through the screening of officials from public institutions and media companies related to culture and art in Gangwon Province.
Even after losing his eyesight, Park Hwan is known as an 'inevitable painter' because he continues to work with unique techniques and materials. In addition, we have been turning from Oriental to Western painting and building our own unique style of work that mixes Eastern and Western techniques and themes.
From the early painting of Daldongne, which sheds light on the lamp of hope in poverty, to the recent work of finding the journey of life after losing sight in an accident, we have prepared an exhibition to explore the elegant working world of Park Hwan.
The exhibition will present 22 works from the early work of Park Hwan to the latest new works. Meet the exhibition piece by Park Hwan, who is full of passion for art and life, at the Chuncheon Art Gallery in K&G Sangsang Madang.
