Exhibition Information
We have a similar experience when faced with space and landscape. The first place I've been to is not unfamiliar at all, but it gives me the same familiar feeling that I've been there before, or vice versa, but today, at this very moment, there's a very strange to me. Does space recognize us and talk to us? Or is there a time I don't remember? You think about space and time, the time it takes, the space it captures. The exhibition is off-limits and is joined by two artists who use their own narrative to capture the time and space that is infiltrating somewhere. The glass artist’s work shows stainless steel in geometric shapes and colors in minimalist construction. When you get close to his work, you find that there is a mirror inside the work that shows you the space that contains me, and you associate it with a new space. I am in the space of my work, projected like a mirror in a sculpture, and at the same time I am someone else who makes up the part of the work. And sculptor glass, in the process of drawing and building shapes, came to work with an interesting sense of how different our perception works, with the visual changes that transform into just one slight tilt. His works produce a variety of images that, despite their similar forms, are transformed by small changes in composition inside the work, by various images that are transformed by objects facing the work, and by objects facing the work. Invite new experiences and participation in a small space provided by the author. In the landscape of painter Yoon Jeong-seon, strangers and familiarity coexist. After graduating from college, he went through New York, Baltimore, Beijing, London, Seoul, and Cheongju, where the author relapses the surrounding landscape into his own memories. The exhibition will present the works that took the scenes from 94 years to more than 20 years of painting from memory and painted on a palm-sized canvas. These are images that have been cut back into the memory scene If each person has a fond memory, it seems to be a view of the city that shared his time and eyes with painter Yoon Jeong-sun. Through the process of capturing the scenery and taking it out of his memory and retracing it, Yun reveals the space of his journey by rearranging the memories he has accumulated. "I want to talk about things that are invisible by drawing what exists in my memory," the author says. In this exhibition, we will try to make the first outing of Han River Park's work in Ichon-dong's Drawing Room with new energy and the time and current co-existence of Han River Park's work, which has long been left without finishing and marks of the brush. In a true painter, things create their own atmosphere, all colors become one luminescence, and all colors reveal the extrusion of matter. _Of the <right to dream>, Gaston Baschlar.
