Exhibition Information
The circle is one of the most universal visual elements that has appeared from ancient art to contemporary art. It is a geometric shape found in nature that offers us visual and psychological comfort. The circle symbolizes totality, perfection, eternity, and cyclic movement and also relates to the sublime and rituals. CICA Museum’s international exhibition “Circle 2020” features photography, 2D digital art, video art, interactive art, painting, sculpture and installation art dealing with circles, roundness, circulation, repetition, rituals, and wholeness.
