Exhibition Information
Kim Su-nam was born in Hallym-ri, Hallym-eup, Jeju Island in 1949 amid the April 3 incident. He moved to Seoul with his parents earlier, and most of the growing season takes place in Seoul. However, he finds Jeju 30 years later. It was to take a picture of 'gut,' the original form of Jeju folklore. This is because he, who had grown up from Jeju and used Hangsan as a photographer, discovered that Jeju's exorcism was a circular form containing the soul. He was born on this island, left the island with his parents' migration, and visited Jeju as if salmon were returning. His camera, which captures Jeju's good plate, turns to the outside again and goes on a pilgrimage to Xiamen, Asia. More than 80 Jeju landscapes are captured in the angle when salmon return to their stream and lay eggs, walking around Jeju's Good Pan, capturing the original culture on camera, between Sai and Gutpan's drinking spirit, or when they are still alive.
