			Everyday Mooonday presents ‘Personal Life’, a two-person exhibition with US artist Andy Rementer and Japanese artist Auto Moai. The two artists come from two different places, they have walked two different paths of life and together they bring divergent perspectives of their everyday life. Under one title and in one space, the works create harmonious convergence in their distinctive color, form and point of view. Join us and immerse in yourself through the artists in the works.

We make new relationships everyday. Socializing is an inevitable and unavoidable modern day practice. Some feel happiness through the interaction and others feel stuck among an entangled and complex spider web like relationship. This exhibition intends to bring light to the ‘individual’ living among us in society. We are struggling through an era of loss as a member of this society. Through the works of the artists, we hope to remind the viewers, despite this time of loss, others, I and we are all individual protagonists of our own lives with unique personal taste and characteristics.

The story of ‘Personal Life’ starts with Auto Moai’s lines and ends with Andy Rementer’s plane. It is like adding various ways of expressing oneself through the works of an empty face and fluid environment in a heavy yet balanced manner. Just as there are many ways of portraying oneself, these moments in life create individuals with unique characteristics and make each and one of us different. What’s important then is to focus on the world in ‘me’, the time and the choices ‘I’ make. The works of this exhibition show a lone thinker. Reflecting on oneself in relation to both light and heavy weight on time, it’s a place to look back and contemplate on the lost time of self reflection. We hope the viewers take a step towards oneself lifting the heavy feeling within.
