Exhibition Information

			This is a story about friends the pandemic has brought to us. It has been over a year now since the coronoavirus started and began to disrupt our lives. There is a gloomy prospect that the situation will not change much this year. We become dispirited just from listing the many things this pandemic has forbidden us to do. There is no hope when we think of the past. The change has already taken place. As always, all we have left is the future. We must bear in mind that the futre should be planned not predicted.

Over the past year, we have habitually set a new standard to classify friends from foes. We have to figure out if it is safe to be in our own home, office, or family member's homes. The standads for safety grow higher as more people in the space brings risk to our health. From 99 people in one space to 10 people and finally down to 4 people. A new psychological task arises while creating a physical boundary between me and the world for the sake of min and my party's safety. Even though we are confined to a limited space, we need to struggle to create a window connected to the outside world.

The new media environment has given us much more freedom than expected. plus human imagination proves to be more powerful than healing. The artists who have participated in this project have gotten closer to nature, travelled with historical figures, sung sings of hopeful tomorrow with musical heroine, held hands in media networks, and sent their beloved cat to the space. Just like Anne of Green Gables, a redheaded girl who lives in the attic of a remote country house, we rest our chins in our hands and sit by our windows, carefully looking around. In spite of the predicament we are in, the world is still open to inspiring possibilities.
