			「Photo Criticism」 was launched in the fall of 1998. In addition, <Photography Criticism> has served as a gateway to a young artist. Many young artists have walked the path of becoming an artist through a photo critic award, and their passion and dreams are everywhere in our photo art world. Each artist expands the scope of his or her activities and continues to ups and downs while constantly devoting themselves to each other. As always, the artistic environment of artists is difficult. In particular, the situation is bound to shrink further due to the COVID-19, but the enthusiasm of the young writers this year was also hot. The sense and attitude of accommodating the rapidly changing external environment and the nature of the subject, and the diversified personal life and social domains, and connecting them to the work stood out. 


This Photo Criticism Awards tried to focus on the new possibilities of young artists who continue to work in spite of difficult times. We hope that the two selected artists will become the protagonists of the era that opens up the progressive world of art.
