Leeahn Gallery is pleased to present the solo exhibition of Beth Letain, Trees for the Forest, at the Seoul location. A former biologist who shifted her focus to painting 10 years ago, Letain creates rhythmic patterns through repetition of simple forms and colors, reevaluating biological topics such as transfer, duplication, and connection into concise geometric forms on canvas. This exhibition, which is Letain’s first solo exhibition in Korea, introduces twenty-one large-scale abstract works that emphasize swift brushstrokes and bold color scheme.
