Exhibition Information
UARTSPACE presents the solo exhibition <Easternmost> by artist Kim, Tai Kyun from June 21st to July 22nd. The artist gazes upon the great blue sky facing the ocean. The horizontal line where the ocean and the sky touch is balanced, but there is a strange tension, and the uncorrected blue color of nature is a presence that overwhelms the screen in depth. The exhibition will also display works that captured the Hinnamno typhoon in 2022. In contrast to the quiet blue ocean, the ocean in the Storm tells numerous stories of the ever-changing it under the peaceful screen. The artist’s point of view is silent but intense, representing the blues in the spectrum of blues, a moment nabbed from infinite piles of time. The artist’s work continues on an eastern beach that his heart led to. There, it recreates the greatness of nature, which is always new and coming over time. (Source = Uartspace)
