			Kim Sung-soo and Cho Jin-sub were seleced as the first main characters of the newly organized 'Portfolio View Review' by the Museum of Photography of Korea and the U.S to support their participation in the prestigious photo review event abroad. They participated in 'FotoFest Meeting Place', a portfolio review event held in Paris in 2019 by the world-renowned photo biennaline Houston FotoFest in the U.S, for four nights and five days. Through an in-depth one-on-one meeting with influential reviewers at global photo sites, artists who have had the opportunity to check their work and future direction have organized the exhibition to share the results with local photographers and the public. The <Portfolio View Review>, which will be held at MoPS, will be held in the form of a two-person exhibition in which two writers with different working conditions take up one space each to tell individual stories. It plans to faithfully unravel the portfolio reviewed by writers Kim Sung-soo ad Cho Jin-sub, as well as the changes they have made through their work and feedback after the review. The Houston PhotoFest, which collaborated with the Museum of Photography of Korea-U.S to host the 'Portfolio View Review', is a global photo event known as the world's largest porfolio review. <International Discovery>, which selects and holds outstanding writers among the participants in the porfolio review event organized by Houston FotoFest since 1982, has drawn global attention. The 'FotoFest Meeting Place', which was participated by the author of the 'Portfolio View Review' at the Museum of Photography of Korea and the U.S, was successfully conducted with photo officials from around the world in time for the global photo event "Paris Photo" in 2019. A total of 23 global reviewers from 12 countries, including organizer Seok Jae-hyun, participated in the event, and supported two artists at the museum for four nights and five days of review, round-trip flight and stay. We hope that the 'Portfolio View Review', which was first launched in 2019, will produce good meaning as part of the body in which young Korean artists and the Museum of Photography of Korea and the U.S move together and continue as a solid platform to support overseas exchanges.
