			An image deep inside human beings,

We often use the word 'hurt' when the image of the the other person is destroyed.

The image of the 'target', an invisible the other person, is restored to create, dissipate and restore our unconscious feelings that have long been held by grief in the dark time of the night. The first feelings of joy and anger that came unannounced to human become linguistic images in us only when we can think back and interpret them after noticing ourselves. Sometimes in the midst of unannounced grief, we try to erase the central meaning by constantly listing what we see and what we don't see, but at the center of this meaningless act is the fact that our time-space overlaps with our childhood desires, dreams, and unconsciousness. I wanted to recreate the two years of my life on the island near my studio, on the gray mudflats of Seokmodo Island, and on the darkest days of my childhood through iron objects and colored pencils. Perhaps this long journey began in July 2016 with a young boy who showed a round figure on a ridge that was like a mother's grave. This exhibition is dedicated to the shining stars of the sky.
