Exhibition Information
Unpredictable life, we live in an unpredictable world. They can admit the reality of coming without knowing what they will face in the future, or imagine and process it in the way they want to make it a completely different space. <Fiction: Nonfiction> exhibition tries to give us time to think about how we face reality and look at ourselves through works that capture the world and space felt by seven writers: Kim Yu-ran, Seo Jae-jung, Son Seo-hyun, Lee Go-woon, Lee Ye-hee, Lee Ji-yeon, and Lee Ji-eun. Son Seo-hyun and Lee Go-woon imagine what individuals want. It creates a space for reasons that can be completely free, a kind of refuge, an ideal resting place for life, or imagines a pictorial fantasy space to enjoy aesthetic experiences, not reality. Kim Yu-ran and Lee Ji-eun portray the world from an observer's point of view in their works. Based on curiosity and affection for the surroundings, the moment of stimulation and the moment of scenery that was impressive in everyday life is fully revealed in the work. Seo Jae-jeong, Lee Ye-hee, and Lee Ji-yeon look at the world in the middle between fiction and nonfiction. It takes out and reconstructs a third space where two sides exist, another space in the space, or a space in the memory that exists in reality.
