Exhibition Information
It is the 13th project to announce the creation and production of visual arts, and will host Park Ji-hye's "Beautiful Wall." Park Ji-he understands the latent psychological traces within various relationships as an unclear 'image' that cannot be easily defined or classified within social contexts. The author has been working on a series of images resulting from this feature, while also converting discontinuous images and sounds into one tactile device, allowing the user to sense invisible features. In this exhibition, "There is a Beautiful Wall," it presents a video work that depicts the place of Dongil Textile, a monumental place in the time of history symbolizing the female labor history of the 70s, as a meaningless landscape away from the reality that is no longer accessible. Through this, the author wants to talk about the question of how it can be bought from personal memories and experiences to huge historical events, as well as the point where the senses inside them temporarily change and disappear or remain indefinitely.
